WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to addresses in the United States. International shipping is coming later.

WHEN IT SHIPS

Orders ship within 3 business days. As soon as yours is on its way we email you the tracking number.

Shipping is priced by the carrier for your ZIP code and the service you choose, and you see the price before you pay. Orders of $75.00 or more, after any discount, ship free by our standard service; faster services are available at their usual price.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Changed your mind? Send items back unworn and unwashed, with tags on, within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment.

Need a different size? We're happy to swap it while stock lasts.

To start a return or exchange, email hello@thepalmrepublic.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake.

SOMETHING WRONG?

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
